You'll hear back within 24 hours with a price and timeline. No vague estimates. You'll know exactly what it costs before anything starts.

Production

Once approved, your part goes into production. Mengedoht CNC handles the design, toolpathing, machining, and finishing. Lead time is different for each project and depends on many factors. We try to fill every order as quickly as possible. Most orders can be filled within a week.

Pickup or Delivery

Pick up locally in North Charleston, SC or have it shipped directly to you. Parts are packaged to arrive in the same condition they left.

You Don't Need to Have It All Figured Out

Many people who reach out don't come with a finished design. That's normal. Here's what we hear most often:

"I just have a rough idea, not even a drawing."

That's a perfectly fine starting point. Describe what you're trying to make, what it needs to do, and what material you're thinking. We'll go from there. Bar napkin sketches turn into finished parts with ease.

"I don't know if CNC is the right way to make this."

Send the project anyway. If CNC is the right fit, we tell you how. If it isn't, we will tell you that too.

"I only need one piece and I feel bad taking up your time."

Single parts are welcome. There is no minimum, no order too small. One piece gets the same attention as a hundred. If it can be made, it will be made.
